I want a date that the items will ship and assurances when they will be received. and supervisors aren't available after 6:00 p.m. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I couldn't because it was 6:03 p.m. Now I'm being told it could be up to another month before they arrive. This company needs to be held accountable and provide a definitive time when these items will ship and arrive to me since they should have already shipped. Every time I follow-up with them it's additional delays, no responses, and the run around. All I have asked for is to confirm when the items will ship since I spent over $2,000 on these orders. I feel like this company is giving me the run around.

She said she didn't have any other information, but I could call back in a week to see if there was an update about when the item would ship. I said this was not acceptable given I ordered the item in April and was told that it had started the shipping process a week ago. After she put me on hold for a period of time, she informed me that the item would ship in "early June" and it would take 10 business days after that for me to receive the item. I spoke with **** in the sales department. On 5/11/23 I received a response from Burke Decor stating that "the order is in stock and has entered the packing and shipping process." I followed-up with them via email yesterday (5/15/23) and when I didn't get a response I called today. I emailed Burke Decor on 5/10/23 asking for an update. Both items were listed as "ready to ship" with an estimated ship date of ***** days after the order is placed.

I also feel they are unlawfully retaining funds that do not belong to them, thereby jeopardizing my relationship with the lender.

According to the representative, the accounting department would need to handle the reporting and refund.I feel that Burke Decor is willfully and unnecessarily prolonging this process, since my order never made it to their warehouse. Instead they continue to report the status as on the way.I called Burke Decor and, after a long hold, spoke with a representative. I canceled my order and received an email confirming the cancellation.On June 19, I contacted ****** to inquire about the status of my order and learned that Burke Decor had not reported the cancellation. On June 15, after not receiving a response to my request, I called the company held on for 47 minutes before speaking with someone. On June 13, after not having received confirmation or any other communication from the company, I sent a message through their message center requesting that they cancel my order. On June 10, 2023, I placed an online order with Burke Decor totaling $1,339.00.
